Marina Mall Abu Dhabi finally welcomed H&M this weekend! With entertainment, music and dancing the shop launch was a spectacle for all to enjoy and see!

Madina Mall Al Qusais was full of excited visitors who came to see the new mall and experience its opening entertainment and activities. The Invent KidZone Workshop and Salon was packed for three days with children all enjoying the activities put on in the KidZone area. Face painting, Hair beading, balloon bending, nail art, henna tattoos & arts and crafts were just some of the activities to be found in the KidZone in the mall which proved to be a great success.     

Womens 3F Show was a great success at the Bustan Rotana Hotel in May 2012.  More than 400 People turned up to see the show. 

Panasonic successfully launched their plans for their new building with a ground breaking ceremony covered by the media on the 13th May 2012

Design, Fabrication & Installation of the Redbull X Fighters Dhow boats modification

When we were contacted by renowned Dubai based theatrical producers Rahbani to design and modify 4 traditional dhows to participate as a main feature of the opening ceremony for the Red Bull X-Fighters event, we provided a highly workable and effective solution to enable the boats to be towed around the arena. We provided the following servcies; Initial concept evaluation, decoration design, provision of suitable small towing units, fabrication of the approved décor, specially fabricated porous sail replacements & operations and management at the event.

Client X FREEJ Birthday Party saw the FREEJ Live Characters entertaining visitors at the party. The party was fully themed FREEJ Party.  Hundreds of people enjoyed the special moments with the FREEJ Family at the event.  Their Favourite FREEJ characterss performed a live stage show for all the guests and were there afterwards for all to meet and greet and take photographs with. There was a vast choice of FREEJ event entertainment for the visitors of the party to enjoy.

At the FREEJ Event was , FREEJ life size fiberglass characters, FREEJ Houses, FREEJ Games, FREEJ photobooth and much much more, and as explained, all the FREEJ CHARACTERS were there live in person.  Visitors had the opportunity to take their very own FREEJ Photo with their Favorite FREEJ Characters and take away their very own personalized FREEJ photograph in a FREEJ branded photo frame.

Christmas 2011 saw many festive events taking place and Invent Creative Event Solutions were very busy creating Christmas promotions, events and entertainment for their clients.  Many Dubai Shopping malls and other event venues and destinations experienced their festive Christmas promotions, events and Christmas entertainment in Dubai, UAE.

 

Ramadan 2011 saw Mercato Mall shining brightly with some beautiful hanging light features amongst other very tasteful and traditional Ramadan themed decorations.   

April 2011 saw the FREEJ Live Characters entertaining visitors at the JBR street festival .  Hundreds of people enjoyed the special moments with the FREEJ Family at the event.  Their Favourite FREEJ charctaers were there for all to meet and greet and take photographs with. There were many event entertainers and a vast choice of event entertainment for the visitors to the JBR Street Festival to enjoy, and the famous FREEJ Characters and Freej event were the main certainly one of the main attractions.
 

In response to a request from the well known agency Action Impact, we designed and modified a number of mountain bikes to look like off road trail motorcycles for an interactive Du stand at the recent Dubai Red Bull X Fighters event.  The specification included that the bikes should remain fully operational as customers would be pedalling as fast as possible to see if they could match the speed of the Du mobile broadband service, yet look like motorcycles.

The famous Burj Khalifa was filled with excitement and fun as the FREEJ Family made a live appearance greeting the visitors celbrating and promoting the Earth Hour Drive.  Children enjoyed a fun filled evening with photo opportunities with the FREEJ family.   Promote your campaign or Theme your corporate event or private party with FREEJ and have the famous FREEJ characters at your very own party along with many other FREEJ themed party items. Are your feet tapping already?

The 2011 annual gala dinner held by BMW was a great success with hundreds enjoying the conference and entertainment.  
 

Planet Pharmacy launched their new makeup line in style at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel Dubai September 2010. Guests at the launch wined and dinned as industry professional’s introduced the product. News cameras were flashing as the product was showcased by professional makeup artists and contemporary performances.

FREEJ Live Stage Show a huge success this EID 2010 at Mirdif City Centre.   The Central Galleria at Mirdif City Centre Eid 2010 was the center of Eid activity and entertainment,  with the FREEJ live stage show proving to be a massive success with visitors.  Tailor made FREEJ stage shows have proved to be extremely popular with adults and children, especially in the UAE shopping malls.

January 2010 saw Dubai host the First International Parachute Championships and Gulf Cup with 45 nations being represented through out the competition, which was held from January 6th to January 18th, and was hosted and organized by the EMIRATES AVIATION ASSOCIATION (EAA) and EAA Parachuting Division. The INVENT team were there to support the EAA with certain aspects of the operation over the closing two days of the event and to ensure that their closing ceremony balloon release went according to plan.

Working closely with a variety of specialist fabrication companies, we were involved in the overall design process through to final production and delivery. The massive parade balloons required specialist knowledge to inflate and manage the large teams of personnel required to control them. Invent Creative Event Solutions managed the entire logistics of the helium filled balloon operation including preparation, inflation, health and safety planning and implementation, operator on-site training and actual procession during the parade.
