Neste Hoteliers Networking Evening 2009
Nestle Hoteliers Networking Evening 2009 was held at the Address hotel Dubai Marina on 22nd October 2009. We were approached to supply and manage the DJ/Chef and the technical equipment for the event. The event utilized the concept of a DJ doubling up as a chef on the night and has he mixed chilled out tracks he also prepared and served a select number of dishes live in front of the audience. Â

FREEJ @ Toy Store Mall of the Emirates
We are the event production arm for the FREEJ creators and owners Lammtara Pictures. After the success of the temporary FREEJ promotion in Wafi during Ramadan 2009 we were commissioned by Lammtara Pictures to design and install a permanent in store concept at the Toy Store in Mall of the Emirates. This included the erection of a FREEJ children’s play house on the balcony of the To, the adaptation of a magnetic story board wall concept, 3 merchandise units to hold the FREEJ licensed merchandise, wall branding and decor, fabrication and hanging of the characters around the store and placement of the life size fibreglass characters.

Gulfood Middle East 2010- Dubai
Dubai will host its 15th Gulfood this month.   Its the Middle East's largest food exhibition.  Covering food, drink food service and hospitality this year is sure to be a hit. We are building an exhibition stand for our client.

3D and 2D Creative Graphic Designer
We have an opening for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. MUST have relevant academic qualification or 3 years experience and MUST be very competent using the following software’s:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• 3D rendering software - 3D Studio Max or similar
• Adobe PageMaker
• Video editing software knowledge would be an added advantage
He/She will be responsible for creating the visual components for various projects. Must be able to take verbal, written and visual ideas from the creative director and/or client and develop the creative/technical drawings required.
Other requirements
- Ideally the candidate would be on a student visa or family members visa but not mandatory
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Must be approachable and hard-working
- Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Must be able to manage time well and organize information efficiently
- Must be willing to work in a small business environment
Common work activities will include:
- Meeting with creative director and/or clients to clearly understand requests
- Creating and developing new and unique ideas
- Using various computer programs to generate final projects for approval
- Modifying, revising and editing projects as required
- Staying within timelines and deadlines for projects

ADCO Awards Ceromony 2010 – Abu Dhabi
This the second year in succession we have organized and managed the Abu Dhabi Company for Offshore Oil Operations (ADCO) annual staff long service awards at the Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi.  We provided all effect lighting, AV equipment and technical support for the event.
The event went very well indeed, we managed to better the year before on the layout and decor all the guests seemed to me impressed with the decor, layout and general production of the ceremony and we have received lots of good feedback regarding the event.  Click on the link below to view images of the event on our website.  Â
