When Prime Advertising, a leading Beijing agency, required  the annual BMW China dealer coproate conference and gala dinner in Dubai organizing, we were called upon to manage and provide a full technical and operational set up across 3 separate venues for this coproate event dubai, uae. The corporate conference took place at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Gala Dinner took place at the Armani Hotel at the Burj Khalifa Tower, two perfect locations for such corporate events in dubai.   We managed the supply, installation and breakdown of the stage and backdrop, video screens, a Branded speaker lectern, audio and remote AV, teleprompting, stage lighting, viewing screens, Bi-lingual English/Chinese IR SimTrans system, Full operation of the multi-media presentation with fully integrated back up systems, 3 teir  outdoor stage. It was a great coprorate conference and an even better corporate gala dinner and we were proud to be a part of the coproate event in Dubai success.Â
