Fighters stripped down and stood on the scales to ensure they meet the weight category for their fights.

A very relaxed Najmeddin “Scorpion” Al Haddad stepped weighed in at 62 kilos and will be facing Ben “Bullrider” Burrage, who weighed in at six kilos heavier than is opponent. Only time will tell if the “Bullrider” will be able to shed the weight in time for the WKBF World title.

Al Hassan “Ghana van Damme” Okine tipped the scales at 65.5 kilos who will join forces with George “Thai-Tanium” Micouris who weighed in at 64 kilos. Their opponents did not meet weight requirements so the fierce duo could face unknown opponents.

The pressure was on as defending Middle East Muay Thai Champion, Kerry “the cockney” Bennett who weighed in at 55 kilos dead while her Australian opponent Jane “Princess of Pain” Wilson, tipped the scales at 61 kilos. Jane will need to lose six kilos before the big night on Friday or she will run the risk of elimination.
Undercard fighters were also presented at the weigh-in’, flexing their muscles as they prepare to take the stage in the ring on Friday night - some of them for the first time ever.
